Indoors or out, walking is often the foundation for weight loss and general fitness for many people.
There are advantages and disadvantages to walking on a treadmill, walking inside or outside. What works best is always a matter of personal opinion, often a mix of indoor and outdoors walking is ultimately the best for many.
